The Bake-Air 3000 has a continuous-flow valve, so air is continually on and flowing through the airbrush. This continuous flow of air through the airbrush aids in preventing airbrush food color from drying while airbrush is not being sprayed. If required, Bake-Air 3000 can be converted to a standard OMNI 3000. All that's needed for the conversion is the 50-036 air valve sold separately, which you can install in place of the continuous flow valve of this airbrush. This set contains the Bake-Air 3000 siphon-feed airbrush with attachable jar, wrench, protective cap and instruction manual. Made in the USA.</p>
